EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE

EFT is an emotional version of acupressure, stimulating meridian points on the body by tapping on them with our fingertips, whilst thinking about a past event or just by feeling a particular emotion. By tapping on these points the energy disturbance begins to clear and when completely cleared, the negative emotions are gone. You can still remember a past event, however the painful emotional reaction that you experienced when recalling this event, has now disappeared.
EFT is being used successfully all over the world by transforming the beliefs and emotional that cause self doubt, self-sabotage, fear, procrastination and much more.
